 1. set QSvn version in src/CMakeLists.txt
 1. complete ChangeLog and set release date
 1. tag the new version
 1. export tag and create src.tar.gz
 1. build windows setups
  a. checkout new tag
  a. build setup
 1. upload src.tar.gz and installer binary
 1. create new !ReleaseNotes
 1. change [wiki:download]
 1. change WikiStart
 1. close MileStone
 1. create new version for tickets
 1. create announces
